Two products and one flow of money. Coins launched here redirect their creator fees permanently; desks hold the tokenised stock a share of those fees buys.
Launcher
Launch a coinA pump.fun coin whose creator fees are assigned to the protocol in the transaction that creates it, and whose reward stock is chosen at launch. Both are permanent — pump gives up its own ability to change the split once it is set. Every claim is divided in the transaction it arrives in: 70% buys the chosen stock and goes to holders pro rata, 15% to the protocol, 10% to the desk pot, 5% set aside to buy OTC off the market.
Desks
Mint a deskAn NFT with a claim on the pot, which buys tokenised stock and holds it against every desk in issue. The pot has two revenue streams: 50% of OTC's own creator fees, and 10% of the creator fees from every coin launched here — so a desk earns from coins whose launchers have never heard of it, whether or not OTC itself is being traded.
